If the vendor/promotion offering the media would need to manually approve your purchase for any reason then access to your desired media will be delayed until that order has been processed by the vendor. So while our system has been designed to provide immediate access to your purchase it cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email when your payment has been approved and may access your account. For whatever the reasons, email from our store may be flagged as "spam". So keep an eye out after you make a purchase, or make a password request, or anything where you would expect an email from our automated system.
