Terms of Service

1. All charges are stated in United States Dollars.

2. All purchases are between you and "Showtime All Star Wrestling". The Wrestling Network (TWN) provides a storefront and does not sell any media featured on the SAW Video On Demand website.

3. Any purchase from this site involves access to the selected media for a period of thirty(30) days. Your purchase will not renew at the end of that thirty day period.

4. You may not disclose your password to any third parties. We may terminate your account immediately if it is believed that you have transfered or shared your account with anyone. In that case, no refund will be due.

5. The Wrestling Network (TWN) will under no circumstances loan, give or sell user information to any outside organization or company.

6. The Wrestling Network (TWN) does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure service, and we are not liable if you are unable to access your account. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. IF ANY MEDIA WAS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE WRESTLING NETWORK (TWN) OUR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASES IN QUESTION. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
